She has been instrumental in leading digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on Microsoft 365 tools and user adoption strategies. She empowers individuals and organizations to use tools like Teams, Outlook, and Copilot for enhanced collaboration, communication, and productivity. She has independently handled various projects with many corporations like Microland, Ernst & Young, British Council(Shared Services), Microsoft Global Partners, Thyssenkrupp, NTPC, Bajaj Auto, Crayon Pvt Ltd, NIIT Ltd, UB Group, and many more, where she looked after the adoption process, change management process, and training across the globe (covering different regions like EMEIA, America, APAC, and Oceania). She obtained her M.Tech (CS) from Manav Bharati University. She holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in computer applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University. With a strong background in educational technology and corporate learning solutions, she blends strategic insight with a hands-on approach to make technology accessible, engaging, and impactful for all.
She is an esteemed member of various Microsoft forums and has contributed extensively. She has several accreditations, like Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) since 2009, MCP, MCPD, and MCTS. As a Global Minecraft Trainer and Microsoft Office Specialist, she has championed game-based and ICT-driven learning in education. She had executed various technology- based programs for early career researchers and several academicians of various state and central universities. She has led key Microsoft initiatives like the Incubator, Showcase School, and MIEE Programs, driving impactful digital transformation in education. She is a reputed speaker and contributes to faculty development programs and workshops across K12 and higher education. She has conducted Education Transformation Framework workshops where principals and educators shared their digital transformation journeys.
When not engaged in writing, she enjoys simple joys that keep her grounded and connected to her roots, such as travelling to the mountains, listening to music, and spending quality time with her family.
