About the Authors
Dr. Mahendra Kumar Shrivas, a seasoned professional, Associate Professor at the School of Computer Science, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), specializes in the development of next-generation solutions for defense and other sectors through quantum and deep technologies. As a Project Manager at the Centre for Smart Governance, DPAR (E-Governance), Government of Karnataka, he led diverse smart governance projects and boasts over eighteen years of experience. Dr. Shrivas, a senior IEEE member, is a distinguished figure in the fields of Academics, Industries, and Research. Holding a Ph.D. in Computer Science (Blockchain Technologies), he is recognized for his expertise in large- scale enterprise software architecture, development, cybersecurity, and quantum blockchain. As a published author and certified technology specialist, he has trained over 8000 engineers in advanced software engineering practices.
Dr. Kamal Kant Hiran, with over 20 years of global experience in academia and research, is a distinguished academician currently associated with Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur, India. He has authored 25 international books and holds several awards for his contributions, including the IEEE Liberia Subsection Founder Award and Best Research Paper Award. Dr. Hiran's research interests span Artificial Intelligence, Cloud-edge computing adoption, blockchain, Machine- deep learning, and Intelligent IoT. His extensive international exposure includes visits to Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Norway, Poland, Ghana, Liberia, Ethiopia, Russia, Dubai, Mexico, and Jordan.
Dr. Ashok Bhansali, currently serving as Professor and Dean at GLA University, Mathura, brings nearly 25 years of combined industry and academia experience. Having worked with top MNCs and universities, including Tech-Mahindra and Symbiosis University, Dr. Bhansali is an active IEEE volunteer and accomplished researcher. He has published over 40 papers in various journals and conferences, with a special interest in Education 4.0 and eLearning. Dr. Bhansali has been a general chair for numerous IEEE conferences and has contributed significantly to the technological transformation of society.
Umesh Kumar Sahu, currently serving as a Deputy Professor at Sunstone, SAGE University Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, is an accomplished educator with over 12 years of teaching experience. Pursuing a Ph.D. in blockchain Technologies and quantum blockchain, he holds BE and MTech degrees in Computer Science. Mr. Sahu's research interests focus on blockchain Technologies and quantum blockchain. He has also actively contributed to training sessions for major corporations. His involvement as a Faculty Mentor of Smart Indian Hackathon reflects his commitment to nurturing talent and innovation in the field.
