About the Authors

Swapnali Joshi Naik is working as Scientist ‘D’/Joint Director in NIELIT, New Delhi, Govt. of India. She has completed her B.E (CSE) and M.E in Computer Science from Panjab University. 

She has worked in various other Govt. organizations under Ministry of Electronics and IT like C-DAC, Pune, Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), Ahmedabad other than NIELIT Gorakhpur, NIELIT Chandigarh and NIELIT Delhi.

She is having more than 15 years of experience in Training, mentoring, Software Development and various other areas in IT in Govt sector. She has carried out research work in Big Data & Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence. Currently, she is handling various Skill Development & capacity Building Programmes across nation.
